Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee General Ledger (GL) accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting for APAC markets.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across regional and global teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Drive process improvements in a fast-paced SSC environment to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with regional financial regulations and internal policies.
Requirmenets:
  • Bachlor's degree of accounting, BBA, or other relavant disciplines.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification. Audit experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a Shared Service Centre (SSC) environments is a plus.
  • Regional finance experience in APAC markets and Expertise in GL accounting, tax, and financial operations in APAC markets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Background in retail, luxury retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
