- Lead the development of business forecasts and analytical models to inform critical business decisions.
- Explore data and conduct in-depth analyses, including studying behaviors and segmentation analyses, to identify improvement opportunities and growth potential.
- Utilize data analytics to drive and plan strategy and provide valuable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the painpoints and business questions to drive effective decision-making of Management.
- Engage in the end-to-end strategy planning and data analytics support for the strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Hands on experience with Python, PySpark, SQL, statistically modelling.
