As a strategic partner of Microsoft, Huawei, Tencent, and Alibaba, Chinasoft delivers high-quality technology services and on-site support to clients across the globe.Client BackgroundThis role is based on-site at Prime Credit, a well-established financial services company in Hong Kong offering personal loans, credit cards, and other consumer financing solutions.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in project planning, resource management, risk assessment, requirement analysis, testing, and lifecycle managementManage project implementation progress and establish follow-up improvement plansLead and coordinate with mainland development teams, ensuring effective communication and quality deliveryCollect and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholdersWork closely with R&D team leads to ensure systems run smoothly and troubleshoot issuesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute system project plansConduct System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and prepare related documentationProvide mentorship and training to junior team membersRequirementsUniversity degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplinesMinimum 7 years of relevant experience in IT, preferably in the financial industryExperience in programming, system development, project management, business analysis, or vendor managementProven experience managing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for mobile app and web application platformsExperience managing offshore development teams in mainland China; occasional business travel to China is requiredFamiliarity with Agile or Hybrid methodologies; PMP, AgilePM, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are preferredStrong skills in business requirement analysis, test planning, and documentation; accounting and report-writing knowledge is a plusExperience with Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, Java, Spring Cloud, Tomcat, Docker, Kubernetes, and API development is highly advantageousKnowledge of InfoSec, Linux, microservices, cloud technologies, and Big Data is a plusProficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and MandarinAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
