• Report to Corporate Communication Manager

• Developing and executing annual corporate communication strategies and plans, including a branding and corporate communication roadmap, segment strategies, and key initiatives.
• Providing support for external communications, such as public relations and media relations, crisis communication, marketing campaigns and events, and promotional activities to build a positive company image.
• Creating compelling content for various channels, including the website, social media, and marketing collateral like corporate videos, information kits, and brochures.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and implement internal communication plans, including email communication, staff app management, and other materials to facilitate staff engagement.
• Strengthening and implementing internal staff engagement strategies in collaboration with the HR Department and Social Committee, including organizing employee activities, corporate social responsibility events, and training and development opportunities.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and practices in communication and engagement and providing recommendations to enhance employee benefits and well-being.

• Bachelor degree or above in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or corporate communications fields, with a preference for candidates with experience in the internet industry.
• Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills and verbal communication abilities.
