Business Development Manager (5-Day Work/ Friendly Environment)

• Understand client's business need and provide strategic advice with feasible company solutions

• Be the key business partner to explore new business opportunities and accelerate the business expansion

• Prepare project proposals, solutions, quotations & follow up with the potential clients

• Forecast & build out a pipeline in tracking system ensure sales target could be achieved and aligned with company expectation

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

• Bachelor degree or above

• Minimum 3 years working experience in key account sales, experience in IT field is highly preferred

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proven sales track record

• Success-oriented and hold yourself accountable for delivering key outcomes, including KPIs and revenue targets

• Self-motivated and able to work under deadline pressure

• Good command of both spoken and written Putonghua, English and Cantonese
