The company is a leading financial institution with strong and stable business in Hong Kong.Responsibilities

Lead and manage infrastructure platform projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project timelines and deliverables.
Advocate for project needs and push stakeholders towards timely decisions.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging team input and innovation.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant
Minimum of 15 years of work experience in IT infrastructure
Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects (server, storage, backup, cloud).
Familiarity with Huawei Cloud preferred, other cloud platforms acceptable.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure best practices
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and drive results.
Proficiency in Cantonese is a must.
