General Affairs Assistant (Japanese Speaking)

- Act as the key coordinator, work with Japan Headquarter on the business plan formulation & translation and be responsible for the implementation of initiatives to grow market share & profitability, enhance quality and brand image;
- Prepare and consolidate regular reports for management and Japan Headquarter review;
- Maintain effective communication between internal parties and Japan Headquarter;
- Ensure compliance with Company’s standards and requirements in the area of general affairs;
- Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned by Divisional Manager
- Work closely with colleagues across the different departments which includes Customer Services, HR, Accounting, Marketing, Compliance, Store Operations team in Japan Headquarter to ensure smooth execution of the various;
- Manage various general affairs of HK Office;
- Manage the internal documents and check the progress of relate procedures of the cost and expenses with Japan headquarter;
- Provide supports to Japanese Managers;
- Provide Japanese-English-Chinese translation and interpretation upon request of various Departments;
- To handle administrative and company secretarial duties;
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications;
- 1-3 years of working experience in the related field;
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment;
- Good inter-personal communication skill and time-management;
- Analytical, fast-learner, proactive and self-motivated with strong numerical sense and logical thinking;
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to work independently under pressure and meet deadline with high accuracy;
- Strong verbal communication skills supported by a positive “can do” attitude;
- Business level of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above);
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good translation skill and detail-minded
- Immediate available would be an advantage
