- Execute & optimize end-to-end campaigns across EDM, SMS & WhatsApp to boost customer retention and LTV.
- Develop compelling content and design high-conversion offers/promotions for retention purpose.
- Lead junior team members in daily operations, target achievement, and performance analysis.
- Manage segmentation strategies to personalize messaging across customer journey stages.
- Analyze campaign performance (deliverability, open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate) to derive actionable insights with the use of data.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce channel-specific assets that align with brand guideline.
- Stay ahead of trends in messaging compliance (GDPR, TCPA) and emerging tech (RCS, WhatsApp Business API).
- Monitor budgets and ROI for owned channels with monthly performance reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines.
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience executing EDM/SMS/WhatsApp marketing campaigns, preferably in beauty e-commerce.
- Proven expertise with marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, Omnisend, Mailchimp, Sleekflow).
- Leadership experience guiding junior team members with target-driven approach.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into retention-focused strategies.
- Well-organized, detailed minded, result oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, aggressive, able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals.
- Equipped with beauty industry knowledge, including a strong understanding of purchase cycles, key competitors, and customer behavior.
- Portfolio showcasing successful retention campaigns with measurable results.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Less experienced candidates may be considered for Supervisor role.
