- Mainly responsible for the daily operation of reception including handle incoming call, manage front desk area and welcome guests and visitors in a professional manner
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mails, documents and courier services
- Maintain Staff attendance and leave record up to date
- Provide general office administrative work
- Provide secretarial support to the team
- Assists in preparing Sales Invoice, Purchase order, Sourcing and Inventory and manage procurement process
- Perform order related duties and ad hoc task to support the operations of the department

- DSE / Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Knowledge of PC applications including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Being a good team player and able to work independently
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills with positive attitude
- Cheerful, polite and friendly personality, well organized, detailed-mind, self-motivated, Self-motivated, and strong sense of responsibility
- Immediately available is highly preferred
