- Manage and liaise the relationship with buyers in supermarket chains and convenience stores
- Plan, initiate and execute promotions to ensure the sales target in on track
- Negotiate on trading terms and promotional activities
- Manage merchandisers, analysis sales data and gather market intelligence
- Conduct regular reports on sales performance and analyses for management review
- Regular store visits to observe market changes and competitor activities as well as identify business opportunity
- To control A&P budgets agreed in the brand plans ensuring that the expenditures are within the budget at all time.
- To work closely with the Principal’s or Brand Owner’s representative to ensure any activities are in compliance with the brand guild-lines
- Requirements
- Minimum of 4-5 years experiences in handling Key accounts of FMCG industry
- Outgoing, self-driven and positive attitude with good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
- Good at speaking in English and written English
