We are looking for a high caliber candidate to fill the following position:Duties & Responsibilities:

Maximize room occupancy and average room rate in order to meet the forecasted and budgeted figures of the Hotel.
Propose and review the operating procedures for reservations to improve the quality and efficiency.
Conduct researches and prepare statistical analysis report, control reports, forecasting reports and records.

Requirements:

Diploma or above in hospitality management or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years reservations experience in hotel industry.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to speak Putonghua would be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient in Opera system.
