Providing full spectrum of HR support, including Recruitment, Employee Retention and Payroll services to the Hong Kong office.Responsibilities:Assist in full spectrum of human resources functions, including, but not limited to, compensation & benefits administrations, talent acquisition and employee relations managementProvide Payroll and C&B administration support including payroll calculation, MPF, taxation, leave management, employee compensation, medical and insurance etcAssist in managing the company’s budget and controlling administrative expenses.Oversee daily general office administrative functions, including office supplies, mailing, courier servicesSupport recruitment life cycle, from job postings, interview arrangement, contract preparation and on/off-boardingEnsure HR related policies and procedures are followed and review regularly to reflect up-to-date employment law and best practiceDraft HR data reporting for cost allocation and trackingShare human resources related advice, guidance and support to employeesUpdate employment records and databaseOrganise staff activities and related eventsAssist in the day-to-day HR operations, HR related projects and ad hoc tasks assignedRequirements:Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline5 years+ relevant experienceWell versed in Hong Kong employment legislations and other statutory ordinancesSelf-starter who is able to multi-task and organized in a fast changing environment and deadlinesGood in written and spoken English and ChineseTeam player who is responsible, proactive, mature with positive attitude; eager to learnDetail-minded and being able to work under pressureProficient in Microsoft Office applications (eg PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Immediately available is preferredMore Experience will be considered as Assistant HR ManagerYour Future Work Life?Work in a Cozy and Google-like working environment with open seating, breakout, game, gym areas and free coffeeDress Casual and Smart everydayHave your voice heard through TownhallsAttractive package and/or OKR (objective-key-result) bonusBirthday leaveThis role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company at the forefront of cloud technology solutions.
