We are the Manager of a major Logistics Centre located in Kwai Chung.(PMC Licence No.: C-097203)
  • Degree holder preferably in Property Management or related disciplines
  • PMP License (Tier 1) holder is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in supervisory level
  • To oversee and monitor the day-to-day property management functions, e.g. security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, amenities and facilities management etc.
  • To monitor property management income and expenses to prepare annual property management budgets and other related financial duties
  • To liaise with Government departments and other departments of the company
  • To attend Owners' Committee meetings and maintain good relationship with the committees
  • Outgoing, strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, independent, responsible and a good team player
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
