• Translate requirements into user stories and epics for agile development teams.
• Facilitate business process automation projects, including inter-carrier automation.
• Drive API development and onboarding for strategic customers and vendors.
• Automate solution design processes, such as configuration, pricing, and inventory checks.
• Manage agile projects, track progress, and provide regular updates to management.
• Utilise data analytics tools for reporting and generate insights.
• Participate in industry standard setting bodies for relevant projects and certifications.
• Contribute to blockchain-based inter-carrier settlements for data initiatives.

• Previous experience as an Agile Product Owner or similar role with minimum 4-5 years of working experience (Telecom experience is an advantage).
• Knowledge of industry standards and trends related to professional services and digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in requirement gathering, user story development, and backlog management.
• Familiarity with API development and integration processes.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and reporting platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
