- Supervise and participate in production of Southeast Asian dishes, display platter and arrangements for buffet
- Prepare food items for breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet refill sufficient quantify during buffet serving time
- Keep working areas, cooking utensils, tools and machinery in good condition
- Ensure that food prepared is in compliance with prescribed specifications
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation comply to the HACCP standards
- Minimum 5 years work experience in Southeast Asian cuisine kitchenoperations 最少五年東南亞菜廚藝相關工作經驗
- With hygiene certificate is preferable 具衛生督導/經理證書可優先考慮
- Responsible and reliable 具責任感及可靠
- Strong supervisory skill and interpersonal skill 具有主管能力和人際溝通能力
