The Contract Sr Systems Architect will
i) assist in managing the contractor for the infrastructural design and setup of the CorpID Platform to achieve high availability;
ii) co-ordinate and interface with different government contractors and support teams for interconnection between the CorpID Platform and the IT systems of bureaux/departments and external parties; and
iii) co-ordinate with various testing parties to perform the system testing before the production rollout of the CorpID Platform.
The CSSA will be required at times to provide support after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting, urgent deployment of services and to meet the service delivery schedule.Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0

Requirements - The candidate is required to have at least 4 years' solid working experience for the infrastructure setup;
- The candidate is required to have at least 3 years' experience for the infrastructure setup of large scale and public-facing systems to achieve active-active design, (i) which the systems had at least 150 virtual machines in production environments and at least 10,000 public users; and (ii) during which at least 1 year's experience serving as a leading role;
- The candidate is required to have at least 3 years' solid working experience of system setup on cloud platform with the use of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Container-as-a-Service (CaaS) such as Kubernetes;
- The candidate is required to have at least 3 years' extensive working experience on using and troubleshooting network services provided by different cloud platforms;
- The candidate is required to have at least 2 years' extensive working experience on using and troubleshooting security protection services provided by different cloud platforms;
- Possess strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills for troubleshooting in infrastructure setup;
- Experience of setting up the public-facing system using virtual waiting room and/or content delivery network are added advantages;
- Experience of quality assurance is preferred; and
- To carry out other project related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Criminal record verification by the Hong Kong Police Force is required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF);
. At least 3 years' experience in Networking (NET);
. At least 3 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT);
. At least 3 years' experience in Technical Architectural Support (TAS);
. At least 2 years' experience in Security Incident Detection and Handling (SDH);
. 3 years' experience in Virtual LAN/LAN Switching (VLS) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
