- Report directly to the Sales Director
- Join a dynamic sales team of 5 members
- Individual contributor role: responsible for managing existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities
- Drive business growth and expand customer base in freight forwarding
- Meet agreed sales targets and business objectives
- Conduct proactive sales calls, client visits, and presentations
- Build strong relationships and trust with clients through market knowledge and customer engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer retention
- Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluent in Cantonese; good command of English and Mandarin
- 5-day work week
- 11 days of annual leave
