- Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of Corporate Real Estate & Services functions and successful delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Services
- Oversee IFM services including general account management, soft & hard services, building services, workplace experience & effectiveness strategies and solutions, sustainability, energy management & utilities services, space management, project management & delivery etc.
- Manage account P&L, budget, revenue, expense to ensure not exceeding contract baseline budget
- Develop and maintain an effective tracking tool or mechanism to facilitate data collection such as expense, budget, forecast, work order, asset and portfolio information etc.
- Facilitate the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics
- Maintain up to date documentation for IFM contract
- Development, management & implementation of ongoing process improvement programme implemented by company
- Other duties may be assigned
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality or related fields.
- 7-10 years of relevant facilities management experience, preferably in a multinational company and banking
- Solid experience in managing office administration, workplace services and IFM services is highly desirable
- Hospitality mindset and focus in the workplace experience
- Strong leadership skills, can-do attitude, team player, willing to change and with excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
