- Handle client’s enquiries
- Coordinate between external clients and internal technical colleagues to monitor the progress of testing projects and all related events
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Assist in any ad hoc job tasks as assigned
- Travel to Japan is a requirement for this position
- Degree / High Diploma holder in any discipline
- Competent in both spoken and written JAPANESE (N1), English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Client Services Executive/ Supervisor
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Immediate available would be an advantage
