• Maximise relationships and add value to enhance the delivery and sustainability of Feeding Hong Kong (FHK)'s surplus food program for the charity community;
• Secure, develop and maintain charity relationships, plus raising awareness of FHK;
• Coordinate the efficient allocation of donations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards;
• Collaborate with teams to develop, monitor, and review operational processes and communications between charity partners and FHK;
• Coordinate with charities on community and CSR events.

• Create an open, aligned, cooperative relationships with strategic charity partners;
• Carry out regular visits to charities for programmes and services update;
• Be responsible for ensuring that KPIs are reached and maintained;
• Identify and expand FHK charity networks for surplus food;
• Ensure charity partners comply with the food safety standards set out by FHK;
• Lead and responsible for the Annual Charity Survey;
• Refine and update the Charities service policies and procedures manual.
• Ensure effective communications between FHK and the growing charity base;

• Work closely with the food sourcing and operation teams to ensure efficient and effective distribution of donated food and resources;
• Collaborate closely between Operation teams and charity partners to plan and fulfill charity orders and ensure a smooth logistics process;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimise distribution routes and maximise the impact of donated resources.

• Work across teams to develop and continuously improve the operational protocol;
• Develop and deliver FHK’s charity programmes within agreed budgets and to agreed timescales;
• Work together with Operations and Food Sourcing to continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Seek opportunities to enable and motivate charities to increase their capacity and ability to take more food, more often;
• Take an active role in participating in community events and networking activities, supported by the wider team and volunteers;
• Collaborate and co-create with the Community Engagement team to plan and execute CSR events involving Charity initiatives;
• Support the Communications team with regular content to promote FHK.

• Be a role model in leadership and team management;
• Ability to motivate and supervise team members.

• Assist with other activities of the organisation as required.
• Responsible to ensure data in the system is accurate and up to date.

• Written and spoken Cantonese and English (fluency in both);
• At least 5 - 7 year’s managerial experiences with NGOs is preferred;
• Candidates with a commercial background who are passionate about reducing food waste and supporting charities will also be considered;
• To be fully committed to the mission of FHK to reduce food waste, feed charities and drive change.
