This role involves collaboration with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.Client DetailsThis role is with a sizable and renowned organization which highly values innovation and operational excellence in its human resources strategy.DescriptionThis is a newly created position where you will support the Organization Development Lead in driving transformative talent and culture initiatives. You will lead efforts across Talent Management, Organisational Development, and the integration of our client's values, mission, and vision into core people processes such as talent acquisition, performance management, talent management and talent development. You will design and implement OD strategies aligned with business goals, facilitate senior leadership retreats and communication forums, and manage talent review processes including profiling, succession planning, and career pathing. With a strong focus on competency frameworks and workforce planning, you'll also develop and deliver tailored learning and development programs that enhance employee experience and support strategic priorities. This is a unique opportunity to co-create cultural transformation programs, drive change management efforts, and shape the future of our organisation through thoughtful, data-driven, and people-centric approaches.ProfileThe ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree and bring over 10 years of progressive experience in Organisational Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Learning & Development. They will have a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects and managing teams with confidence and clarity. A strong strategic mindset is essential, with the ability to translate business needs into impactful OD strategies and initiatives. Experience in designing and implementing competency frameworks, career paths, and talent mobility programs is key, alongside solid business acumen and a deep understanding of organisational dynamics. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills are required, with fluency in both English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) to navigate diverse environments.
