Client Director, Financial Services (90-105K)

Responsibilities

Manage the client retention team of 6-7 people to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to MPF corporate clients
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance client satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Act as the key point of contact for escalated issues and complex queries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
Achieve retention targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the existing client portfolio

Requirements

Bachelor's degree holder
A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience gained from banking or financial services, with solid people management experience
Good command of Cantonese and English
RFP experience would be a plus
Solid key account/client relationship experience demonstrated, with proven track records of client retention of increased revenue
