DescriptionWorking Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm (Fixed working hours)工作概述：
作為大型保險Service Center的客服專員，您將負責為客戶提供面對面的服務，解答他們的疑問，協助他們了解保險產品並完成相關手續。主要職責：客戶接待：
  • 為到訪的客戶提供友好和專業的接待服務。
  • 了解客戶的需求，提供相應的產品信息和建議。
產品解釋：
  • 詳細解釋各類保險產品的特點、優勢及申請流程。
  • 協助客戶比較不同的保險選擇，幫助他們做出明智的決策。
文件處理：
  • 協助客戶填寫申請表格，檢查文件的完整性和準確性。
  • 確保所有資料和文件的保密性，並遵守相關法規。
職位要求：
  • 高中或以上學歷，具備相關工作經驗者優先。
  • 良好的溝通能力和人際交往技巧，能夠與不同背景的客戶建立良好關係。
  • 具備客戶服務意識，耐心解答客戶的問題。
  • 要掛牌(IIQE paper 1,3),要有經驗
