Be the positive initial and final contact with guests, whilst ensuring the concierge is kept running efficiently at all times
Handle guest luggage, transportation and packages within the hotel area
Answer enquiries and provide general information to guests with friendliness and professionalism
Shift duties required
Outdoor working environment
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
Able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer oriented and is a good team player
Related working experience in hotel / guest services preferred but not necessary (fresh graduates will also be considered)
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Concierge Ambassador
