  • Support WSUS upgrades and Windows Server OS patching.
  • Assist in BIOS/firmware updates and server hardware management enablement.
  • Contribute to monitoring script development and dashboard implementation for Windows systems.
  • Maintain documentation including rack layouts, network schematics, and Windows configurations.
  • Collaborate on Exchange Online and SharePoint Online adoption efforts.
The Person
  • 5-7 years experiences with Windows Server and WSUS.
  • Basic PowerShell scripting skills.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools.
  • Strong teamwork and documentation skills.
