  • Handle daily marketing activities & promotion supporting
  • Collect and analyse relevant market data, track the website traffic and provide internal reports regularly
  • Manage tenant marketing accounts and finance/reimbursement portal inquiries
  • Oversee Marketing Program iPad usage, including gift certificate distribution and iPad replacement handling
  • Troubleshoot system issues (app malfunctions, bugs, complaints) and manage coupon reissue requests
  • Work together with the Marketing Manager in the implementation of marketing plan on all related activities and events
  • Support tenant campaigns, sales promotions, and offer program setup
  • Conduct tenant training and maintain clear communication
  • Address customer and tenant inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams, tenants, and third parties on marketing material development and deployment
  • Assist with ad hoc assignments as needed
Job Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
  • With 1 year of relevant experience in CS / Marketing would be an advantage
  • Pleasant, stable, independent and have strong sense of responsibility and urgency
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office especially in Excel
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
