- Lead, supervise, train and motivate clerical staff
- Improve administrative efficiency and effectiveness through revision of relevant work processes and optimal use of office equipment and Company IT systems
- Handle internal / external customers' enquiries
- Maintain an effective and efficient filing system and handle sensitive / confidential information
- Process invoices and payments according to Company's policies and procedures
- Compile, analyze and prepare statistical reports regularly
- Co-ordinate office safety, health, environmental and quality activities for the department
- Co-ordinate both internal and external trainings, seminars and workshops for the department
- Handle administrative works of staff/contractors' movements, leaves, overtimes and shift roster, etc.
- Act as a representative in various Company activities and initiatives, and be responsible for other ad-hoc projects, related duties as directed by supervisor as and when required
- Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B); or Level 2 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE including English Language; or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Good supervisory and communication skills
- Customer oriented, proactive, willing to work overtime and under pressure
- Mindful and with good safety awareness
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, especially in Excel and MS Word (English and Chinese). Experience in MS Power Platform is preferred
- Knowledge in accounting / management reporting using Oracle would be an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and basic knowledge of Putonghua
