We are now looking for self-motivated, responsible and resourceful team player to make an impact for our fast growing business and achieve personal growth at the same time.Key responsibilities include:
  • Supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with legislative and company standards.
  • Update and manage lists of outstanding and defective works; arrange necessary inspections.
  • Coordinate the handover of spare materials and as-built records, including drawings, manuals, warranties, and certificates, to maintenance agents.
  • Monitor and report on:
  • i. Submission and readiness of as-built drawings and test reports.
  • ii. Progress of defect rectification and completion of outstanding or additional works.
  • iii. Abortive works and compensation events per Project Manager’s Instructions.
  • Arrange final inspections with relevant parties.
  • Conduct inspections and prepare site records, including reports on outstanding and defective works.
  • Advise on defect rectification by contractors during the completion period.
  • Attend site meetings and inspections; follow up on corrective actions for non-compliance.
  • Return all site records and files as required by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Higher diploma or above in Building Studies or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of residential development project experience in Hong Kong, with at least 3 years in construction management or quality assurance focusing on defect rectification.
  • Previous working experience in residential projects for developers is a definite advantage.
  • Familiarity with Building Regulations and coordination of services and construction details.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
