Senior Garment Technician (Manufacturing/ Lingerie)

• Given technical advice, support and verify the issues that may arise during development and production stages
• Working closely with both Hong Kong and China team is a must
• Recognize and adhere to current manufacturing and quality standards and specifications
• Analysing fitting comments in garment fit and construction throughout the sampling and production phases
• In charge of workmanship, fitting approval, size set, pattern and technical problem solving
• Communicate fitting comments and provide technical advices to factory to ensure their standard to products or samples are fulfilled the requirements
• Encourage the enhancement fitting performance

• Bachelor degree in Intimate/ Clothing/ Textiles or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years technical experience in lingerie industry
• Familiar with paper pattern and grading experiences
• Able to communicate with foreign designers and fit technicians of customers independently
• Self-motivated, team player and be able to work in a fast pace working environment
• Well organized, detail-oriented, and hard-working to meet the working schedule
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Based in HK with frequent travel to factory in China/ other countries
