Identity and Access Manager

• Solid experience in develop, implement, and maintain the end-to-end identity and access management
• With good knowledge in IAM technologies such as SAML, OAuth/OIDC, WS-FED authentication
• Excellent working environment and culture

• Develop, implement, and maintain the end-to-end identity and access management (IAM) lifecycle and governance activities
• Create strategic alignment with stakeholders to on the enterprise IAM solutions and approaches
• Lead the implementation, adoption, and maintenance of IAM services
• Uplift the existing policies and processes for access provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), periodic access certifications
• Coach members of the organization on best practices regarding IAM. Develop, build, and maintain technology, integrations, and automation which enable continuous contextual authentication and authorization
• Provide subject matter expertise, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of IAM best practices
• Contribute to the broader cyber transformation program.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure effective service delivery

• Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity or technology-related work experience.
• Excellent understanding of IAM technologies such as SAML, OAuth/OIDC, WS-FED authentication and other authentication methods.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills. Effective in problem-solving and influencing teams for positive outcomes.
• Professional certifications, such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM),
• Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), are preferred.
• Direct experience with IAM solutions and directory platforms, such as SailPoint, CyberArk, HashiCorp, ForgeRock, and Active Directory, are highly preferred
• Immediately available is preferred
