- Supervise a small team in daily cash management operations
- Daily BAU tasks in remittance processing, reconciling accounts, and investigating to ensure efficient payment processes
- Experience in ISO 20022 and payment languages
- Identifying operational risks and establishing strong control measures to mitigate risks, improve compliance
- Manage and supervise strategic projects and initiatives, working with teams from different departments and effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation, efficiency, and growth while minimising risks and optimising the allocation of resources.
- University degree holder or above
- At least 8 years of advancing leadership experience in cash management, payment operations, and project management in the financial services sector
- Familiarity with ISO 20022 and payment processing languages
- History of leading a high-performing teams, achieving operational excellence
- Strong team player with effective communication abilities
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
