Responsibilities:

Responsible to configure of telecommunication network for Voice and VAS services.
Network problems investigation and analysis to identify root causes for problem resolution.
Implement, upgrade and maintain network infrastructure, system software and server configuration.
Perform operation acceptance for new systems, upgrade and migration projects.
Manage vendor and service providers for operation and maintenance support.
Coordinate with internal departments on the solution and technical service delivery.
Prepare technical document on network changes, upgrades and new implementations.
Provide technical and operational support including emergency call out when necessary.

Requirement:

Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or related disciplines.
5 years or above working experience in Local Voice Network.
Holder of CCNA is an advantage.
Good knowledge in Telecom signaling protocols including ISUP, SIP, PRI, H.323 & MGCP.
Proficient in server and operation system support such as Windows, Linux and VMWare.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
