In line with the rapid development of our business needs, we invite suitable candidates to join as the following positions.主要職責:
  • 根據公司不同發展階段的培訓需求,制定、組織、落實年度和月度培訓計劃;
  • 檢查培訓計劃實施情況,對總體培訓情況進行總結,對培訓效果做出客觀評估,制定新的培訓方案;
  • 拓展培訓管道和培訓資源,開發培訓課題,編制培訓教材,編寫培訓教案;
  • 講授培訓課程,指導、輔助各部門落實各項培訓項目,提高培訓質量及效果;
  • 負責做好員工培訓各課目考核與驗收、記錄、考核等管理工作;
  • 負責公司各層級人員晉升、提拔流程操作;
  • 完成其他交辦的工作。
任職要求:
  • 人力資源管理、心理學等專業等相關專業學士學位;
  • 三年以上人力資源培訓發展及組織人才管理相關工作經驗;
  • 熟悉培訓需求分析、課程設計與評估方法,具培訓項目設計、課程開發經驗優先;
  • 良好的書面及口頭溝通能力,包括粵語、普通話表達和中文報告撰寫;
  • 具備良好的團隊合作精神及協調能力。
