In line with the rapid development of our business needs, we invite suitable candidates to join as the following positions.主要職責：

根據公司不同發展階段的培訓需求，制定、組織、落實年度和月度培訓計劃；
檢查培訓計劃實施情況，對總體培訓情況進行總結，對培訓效果做出客觀評估，制定新的培訓方案;
拓展培訓管道和培訓資源，開發培訓課題，編制培訓教材，編寫培訓教案;
講授培訓課程，指導、輔助各部門落實各項培訓項目，提高培訓質量及效果；
負責做好員工培訓各課目考核與驗收、記錄、考核等管理工作；
負責公司各層級人員晉升、提拔流程操作；
完成其他交辦的工作。

任職要求：

人力資源管理、心理學等專業等相關專業學士學位；
三年以上人力資源培訓發展及組織人才管理相關工作經驗；
熟悉培訓需求分析、課程設計與評估方法，具培訓項目設計、課程開發經驗優先；
良好的書面及口頭溝通能力，包括粵語、普通話表達和中文報告撰寫；
具備良好的團隊合作精神及協調能力。
