You will be critical in delivering these activities but not limited to:
- Developing and managing best practices and tools for product team to drive efficiency.
- Streamlining business processes to facilitate product development.
- Collaborating and communicating with cross functional teams related to the product lifecycle, from Product, Design, Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales.
- Managing sell-in tools including samples and buying system.
- Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and obstacles that impact the product’s performance.
- Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product.
- Working with product managers to prioritize and execute initiatives that drive improvements in the product.
- Conducting consumer research, market, and competitor analysis.
- Providing support to customer service teams to address product-related issues and feedback.
- Developing and delivering reports and presentations to stakeholders on the product performance.
- Strong operational background with passion in problem-solving
- Ability to execute on and deliver complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent in data analysis and making data-driven decision
- Strong business and financial accruement and strategic thinking
- Effective communication and collaboration to build strong working network and alignment
- Attention to details and ability to spot improvement opportunity
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and excel in a dynamic environment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in team management
- Minimum 10 years working experience related to Analytics, Operation or Product Management
