project coordinator - hybrid work (~up to $30k)

• Ensure that project managers, auditors, and other relevant members have the necessary information to deliver high-standard projects.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related communications, such as memos, emails, and progress reports.
• Analyzing candidate and project manager data to provide early detection of issues (e.g. shortage of project managers).
• Collating and analyzing statistics post-project to uncover trends, issues, and to support ongoing year-on-year tracking and forward planning.
• Booking ad-hoc projects, securing project managers, and suitable project venues within budget.
• Proactively identify and escalate issues of concern.
• To acquire 'expert' knowledge of project delivery processes.
• Proactively support external stakeholders such as corporate firms, training providers, candidates, and project managers.

• Demonstrated experience in customer service and project management/coordination.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in business writing and skilled in maintaining professional telephone etiquette.
• Capability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet team deadlines.
• Skilled in working under tight deadlines and handling pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong aptitude for building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in handling difficult conversations and achieving positive outcomes for all parties involved.
