- Handle daily CS operation, such as quotations, orders arrangements, invoicing and after-sales services;
- Follow-up customers' enquiries and handle complaints to maintain customers satisfaction;
- Assist in sales leads follow-up to close the deal and meet the target;
- Participate in marketing and promotional events;
- Complete related paper works and reports timely;
- Various ad-hoc duties as needed.
- At least 1 years relevant experience in sales/customer services, less experience will be considered as Assistant;
- Excellent telephone manner with good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
- Speedy and accurate English & Chinese typing are essential;
- Attention to details and able to work independently;
- Fresh graduates will also be considered;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.

- 10 days annual leaves
- Conditional extra paid time-off
- Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
- One Saturday per month (9:00 am - 1:00 pm)
