We are looking for the following talent:
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager to supervise the floor operations.
  • Solid and relevant experience gained in Hotels, Private Clubs, and/or Freestanding Restaurant.
  • Strong wine knowledge with relevant qualifications would be an advantage.
