- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on network, system, hardware, software and application systems;
- Provide helpdesk support and solutions to users;
- Perform IT equipment administration;
- Perform user account management and system administration;
- Support infrastructure-related projects;
- Monitor and report on the progress of all support calls as well as maintain inventory update;
- Work with internal and external parties to resolve technical issues;
- Respond for ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor.
- Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
- 2 years of working experience in system / network / computer support on Windows and Windows Servers;
- Proficiency in MS Server and VM Virtualization Platforms;
- Experienced in Firewalls / IPS / IDS / Proxy / Monitoring tools;
- Experience in Storage System (NAS, SAN), Web Server (IIS, Nginx), Database (MS SQL) will be an advantage;
- Prefer open minded and responsible person, able to work independently;
- Good communication and well-organized;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;
