- Oversee and effectively manage the day-to-day sales operations of the e-shop, ensuring the prompt delivery of high-quality services.
- Provide comprehensive support for all aspects of e-shop sales administration, encompassing general sales operations, sales reporting and customer redemption.
- Conduct thorough reviews of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and proactively propose improvement plans to optimize operational efficiency and elevate service quality.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal and external business partners to ensure seamless business operations and maximize overall performance.
- Take an active role in coaching, inspiring, and motivating the team to achieve their full potential.
- Drive sales excellence through targeted training initiatives, continuous development programs, and effective performance management.
- Holds a degree or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting ecommerce sales operations. Including at least 1 year of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrates strong communication and coordination abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Exhibits a keen numerical acumen, along with excellent analytical and reporting skills. Possesses a problem-solving mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
- Displays fluency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Proficiently utilizes computer applications, including Internet tools and the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Takes a proactive and accountable approach, showcasing independence and the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
