- Ensure overseas branches comply with Head Office policies, guidelines and standards.
- Assist in formulating strategy and planning for overseas branches.
- Provide technical guidance and support for projects relating to overseas branches.
- Assist in improving overseas day-to-day operation.
- VAT and EORI registration consulting
- Assist in formulating and implementing strategy and planning for overseas branches.
- Help manage projects related to overseas branches and provide related support to Project Managers.
- Assist to evaluate and identify potential challenges for overseas branches to minimize business risks.
- Ensures effective communication in place between overseas branches and Head Office from project and day-to-day operations point of view.
- Identify, prioritize, and help drive service improvements for overseas branches and subsidiaries.
- Review and refine policies and guidelines developed by overseas branches to ensure alignment with Head Office.
- Assist to revamp the existing mechanism and practices of managing overseas branches.
- Assist to ensure overseas branches vendors are evaluated and performance monitored properly.
- Degree holder in Business Administration
- Knowledge on Akoya, Tahiti, South Sea, Fresh Water and Kasumi Pearls
- Taking Part in Paspaley Pearl Auction/ Gerdau Pearl Auction Tahiti Pearl Private Auction, Robert Wan Tahiti Perles Auction
- Liaison and negotiation with suppliers like Concorde Pearls & Gems (Far East) Ltd., Belpearl (Hong Kong) Ltd., Tai Hai Yang Ltd. (Robert Wan), Seaway Creation Limited (Jewelmer), Australian Pearl Centre (Hong Kong) Ltd.
