- Develop and implement trade marketing plans tailored to channel characteristics to maximize sales performance.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, covering pricing, promotions, and new growth opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify insights and recommend strategies.
- Manage trade promotion fund and listing fees to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams to synergize ATL, BTL, and trade activities while ensuring stock availability.
- Take a lead role in cross-departmental projects, including annual budget planning, SKU rationalization, and process digitalization.
- Ensure high display compliance and minimize distribution gaps and out-of-stock situations at the trade level.
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, key account management, or retail sales management (FMCG preferred).
- Strong strategic mindset, analytical skills, and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders.
- Good time management, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Cantonese and English
