We are located within Harbour City in the heart of the commercial, shopping and entertainment district, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. We invite applications for the following position:RESPONSIBILITIES

Report to Director of Revenue & Revenue Manager, assist in preparing market research report for evaluation of market performance.
Prepare regular reports for three Marco Polo Hotels in Hong Kong.
Upload rates in various distribution channels, e.g. Siteminder, Synxis, Shiji Channel Manager and PMS.
Ensure hotel content in online distribution channels are updated.
Reply guest review in online booking platforms.
Work with online travel agents for promotion set up thru Siteminder.
Communicate with Reservations & Front Office team on latest promotions and pricing strategies.
Handle departmental administration works and yield meeting minutes.
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

1 year of working experience.
Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Experience in Reservations / Front Office is preferred.
Knowledge in Siteminder, Duetto and Cambridge PMS knowledge will be an advantage.
