- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the property industry
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and partners (Mainly handle Japanese companies)
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Prepare and present sales presentations
- Prepare and analyze sales reports
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- 1+ years of experience in sales, Hotel , Travel , customer service related industry (Fresh graduate also welcome)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Reliable, on-time, proactive, good negotiation sill, willing to develop a long term career in real estate industry .
- Fluent in Japanese (N2 or above), Native Cantonese, Good command in English
- License holder is an advantage
