- Responsible for outdoor duties including bank deposits, mailing letters, delivering and collecting documents to/ from designated locations.
- Manage mails and documents sorting and distribution.
- Provide clerical support to general office operations.
- Stationery stock management.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above.
- At least 1 years relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good PC skills (MS Offices).
- Fluent in Cantonese and able to communicate in simple English and Mandarin.
