Responsibilities:SAP SuccessFactors SupportProvide day-to-day support for SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding/Crossboarding/Offboarding, Performance & Goals, and Learning.Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth operations.Manage system updates, enhancements, and testing.Project CoordinationAct as project coordinator for SuccessFactors-related initiatives.Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.Manage project timelines, testing (SIT & UAT), and deliverables.Training & DocumentationSupport the creation of user guides and training materials.Conduct training sessions for end-users.Process ImprovementsAnalyze current workflows and recommend improvements.Implement best practices and standardized processes.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience with HRIS, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.Hands-on experience with Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, and Learning modules.Strong skills in troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management.Experience in project coordination and testing (SIT/UAT).Excellent organizational and time management skillsLess experience will be consideredAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
