- To provide advisory services to support the use of the platform for their e-services
- To stocktake the number of e-services to support the use of the platform and closely monitor the progress of related departments
- To work with the technical team in the course of implementation of the platform
- To compile various statistics related to the platform services for monitoring the platform usage and service performance, and facilitating management decision
- To provide helpdesk services to resolve the enquiries from the departments
- To plan and carry out promotional activities to promote the platform in different events
- Higher Diploma or above in IT related
- At least 5 years’ experience in web application
- Have solid experience in business analyst and client liaison work
- Possess hands on working experience of development of mobile app, web application and RESTful APIs
- Possess strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess knowledge and experience in supporting users on system integration
