What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead interactive workshops with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements.
  • Act as the key liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
  • Manage and resolve issues during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all requirements are accurately tracked and addressed.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design thoughtful and structured solutions.
  • Provide timely responses to operational and technical challenges, offering practical and effective recommendations.
  • Maintain full traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure implemented solutions align closely with business expectations, minimizing gaps.
What We're Looking For:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the banking industry, specifically in Wholesale or Treasury domains.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one Treasury system.
  • Solid understanding of Treasury products and operations.
  • Proven experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams.
