IT Manager-Dorsett Kai Tak(Pre-opening)

• Drive all IT activities in the hotel, including managing network and IT security, ensuring smooth operation and maximum utilization of computer systems, and integrating new systems to enhance efficiency and profitability
• Adhere to hotel and Corporate IT standards and guidelines

• Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Hotel Management or equivalent relevant qualifications
• At least 3 years of relevant IT experience with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience in hospitality industry
• Knowledge in various hotel systems such as OPERA, Delphi, POS, Procurement or ERP
• Proven experience as strong technology centric leader and team-oriented manager
• Sound Experience in supporting hotel systems
• Good interpersonal skills to understand user requirements and seek and propose relevant solutions
• Strong Communication and organisational skills with a can-do attitude
• Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
