To cope with our business expansion, we are looking for the high caliber candidate to join our team. The successful candidate will join our HR & Administration Team and is responsible for the following:Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to maintain and reinforce good communication with all operations employees;
  • Assist the Department Head to handle local hotel management for the firm;
  • Implement administrative policies and procedures, including purchasing, contracts renewal, insurance issues;
  • Scheduling with contractors/Building Management office for preventative maintenance;
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints;
  • Organize and supervise other office activities and events;
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • Seasoned professional with at least 3 years' experience in recruitment, experience in financial service industry is highly preferred;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
  • Responsible, agile, adaptive to changes and resilient
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
