This exciting and well-attended event is organized by four leading numismatic companies: Stack's Bowers and Ponterio Co. Ltd., Coin-In-Coin, and Shouxi.com. Visit www.hongkongcoinshow.com for more details.Key Responsibilities· Exhibitor Management: Source, invite, and coordinate with exhibitors for both annual Hong Kong coin shows· Marketing & Design: Create and develop marketing materials including brochures, promotional inserts, and flyers· Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to exhibitors, attendees, and stakeholders· Event Operations: Manage all event logistics and provide comprehensive onsite support during showsKey RequirementsEssential:· Self-motivated with excellent multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail· Outstanding team collaboration skills· Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin· Outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills· Proficiency in Microsoft, especially Excel· Working knowledge of design software (InDesign and Photoshop/ Canva)Preferred:· Previous event management experience (fresh graduates welcome)· Familiarity with Hong Kong vendors, and event industry trends· Prior experience in event managementWhat We Offer· Opportunity to work with leading companies in the numismatic industry· Hands-on experience managing prestigious international events· Professional development in event management and marketing· Dynamic, collaborative work environmentReady to join our team and help create exceptional numismatic experiences?
